1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Same Day Delivery orders cannot be canceled.
- Pre-order items are non-cancellable, but eligible for refund/replacement if defective.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns/replacements only if:
✅ Product is damaged on arrival.
✅ Wrong product was delivered.
✅ Product is dead on arrival or defective.
✅ For gaming chairs, only replacement is allowed (no refunds).
📌 Return Window:
- 3 Days from delivery (for most products).
- 7 Days for complete PC sets.
❌ Return/Refund Not Applicable If:
- The product seal is opened and it is not faulty.
- Damage is due to customer mishandling.
3. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the same payment method used.
- COD & Bank Transfer Orders: Refund will be credited to the buyer’s bank account.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect.
